• Candidates should have MD/MS Or Equivalent, Post Graduate, MBBS Degree From A recognized Board.

• Candidates age limit should be Minimum 25 years & Maximum 55 years.
• Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rule Regulation.

• For SC/ST candidates application fee Rs 250/-
