• Candidates should have passed 10th Class Secondary School Examination equivalent from recognized board/University/Institution.
• Compulsory knowledge of Local Language.

• Candidates age limit should be Minimum 18 years & Maximum 40 years as on 5/8/2019.
• There will be no relaxation in upper age limit to EWS candidates. However, the persons belonging to us who are not covered under the scheme of reservation for SCs, STs, and OBCs shall get 10% reservation in engagement to the Gramin Dak Sevak posts in the Department of Posts as per Directorate instructions circulated to vide no. 17-09/2019-GDS dated 26.02.2019.
• Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rule Regulation.

• Starting Date for Submission of Application:- 5 August 2019.
• Last Date for Submission of Application:- 29 September 2019.

• For General/OBC candidates application fee Rs. 100/-
• No fee for SC/ST/PWD/Women/EWS candidates.

• For Branch Post Master (BPM) Pay Scale Rs. 12000/- to 14500/-
• For Assistant Branch Post Master, Dak Sevak (ABPM/Dak Sevak) Pay Scale Rs. 10000/- to 12000/-
