- Online Application Registration and Online Fee/Intimation Charges Date: 2 September 2023 to 23 September 2023.
- Phase I (Preliminary) Online Exam Date: 16 October 2023.
Fees Details
- For SC/ ST/ PWBD Category of the applicant (Application Fee NIL) + (Intimation charges 150) = Rs.150/-.
- For all other categories of the applicant (Application Fee 650) + 150 (Intimation charges 150) = Rs.800/-.

Pay Scale
- NABARD Assistant Manager Pay Scale: Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.44,500/- p.m. in the scale of Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) – 74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 Years) applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’ and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 100000/-.

- You have to register by providing your name, contact details, and email.
- You will receive a provisional registration number and password via email and SMS Verify and modify your application details before final submission using the “Save and Next” facility.

Selection Process
- The selection process consists of a Preliminary Examination (Phase I), a Main Examination (Phase II), an Interview (Phase III), and a penalty for wrong answers. The final selection and ranking will be based on the performance in the main examination and interview.
- Preliminary Examination (Phase I): The test includes Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision Making, General Awareness, Eco and Society. issues (with a focus on rural India), and agriculture and rural development.
- Aptitude Section: Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision Making.
- Aptitude Section: General Awareness, Environment and Society. Issues, Agriculture and Rural Development.
Shortlisting for the main examination is based on merit section marks only. - Main Examination (Phase II): For Generalist: Covers General English (Descriptive) and Economic and Social Issues and Agriculture and Rural Development (Objective).
- For Specialist: Consists of General English (Descriptive) and stream-specific paper (Objective).
- Descriptive answers are to be typed using the keyboard.
- Psychometric testing may be conducted.
- Interview (Phase III):
- Held for a maximum of 50 marks.
- Candidates can opt for an interview in Hindi or English.
- Final Selection: Final ranking based on combined performance of Main Examination and Interview.
- Tie-breakers are based on main exam marks, qualifying marks, graduation marks and age.
- Penalty for wrong answers: For each wrong answer, 1/4th of the marks assigned to the question will be deducted.
- Cut-off applicable: Cut-off can be applied in two stages: individual test score and total score.
