Educational Qualifications
- Candidates should have passed M.E. School Examination with Odia as a language subject OR HSC Examination, Odia as a language subject in the final examination of Class-VII a test in Odia in M.E. School standard conducted by the Education Department, or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/Institution.

Age Limit
- Candidates’ age limit should be Minimum 21 years and Maximum 38 years as of 01-01-2022.
- The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for candidates belonging to SEBC, SC, ST and all Women candidates, 10 years.
For candidates belonging to the PwD category and the total period of service rendered in defense service in the case of Ex-servicemen. - Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rule Regulation.
