Educational Qualifications
- Have all certificates and documents valid as per Flag State requirements.
- Have completed eight months of shipboard training after completion of the ETO course. OR Have at least one year of shipboard experience as a full-fledged Electrical Officer.
- His/ her last sign-off from the previous vessel must not be more than 18 months.

- Candidates’ age limit should be Maximum 65 years as on 1 March 2023.
- Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rule Regulation.
