Educational Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Disaster Management, Public Health, Environmental Studies, Geography, or a related social science discipline.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Fluency in Marathi (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
• Candidate should be willing to travel to rural and remote areas for fieldwork.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience in community-based risk assessment, disaster risk reduction, or participatory planning.
• Knowledge of climate change adaptation and environmental/public health linkages.
• Prior experience in qualitative research, data collection, or PRA methods.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of GIS and remote sensing will be an added advantage.
