Post Details

• Senior Engineer (Chemical) – E2 Grade: 5 Posts
• Manager (Chemical) – E4 Grade: 5 Posts
• Total Vacancies: 10

Educational Qualifications

• Full-time BE / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Engineering / Petrochemical Technology from a UGC/AICTE recognized institute.
• Dual / Integrated degree in the above disciplines is also acceptable.
• Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate in final year (55% for SC category).

Experience Requirement

• Senior Engineer (E2): Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in Fertilizer Industry with exposure to Ammonia or Ammonia-Urea plants.
• Manager (E4): Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in Fertilizer Industry with Ammonia / Urea plant operations.

Age Limit (as on 01 November 2025)

• Senior Engineer (E2): UR – 36 Years, SC – 41 Years, OBC (NCL) – 39 Years
• Manager (E4): UR – 42 Years, OBC (NCL) – 45 Years
• Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules.

Salary Details

• Senior Engineer (E2): Pay Scale Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000; Approx. Gross Salary Rs. 1,07,900/- per month
• Manager (E4): Pay Scale Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000; Approx. Gross Salary Rs. 1,51,000/- per month
• Additional benefits include PRP, HRA, medical facilities, CPF, gratuity, pension and insurance.

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on Personal Interview.
• Interview marks distribution: Subject Knowledge, Experience, Communication Skills and General Awareness.
• Minimum qualifying marks in interview: 50%.
