Educational Qualifications

• Graduate Trainee / MT (Mines): B.E / B.Tech in Mining or equivalent with 60% marks.
• Graduate Trainee (Mechanical): B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or equivalent with 60% marks.
• Graduate Trainee (Electrical): B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / EEE / Electronics & Telecommunication / Power with 60% marks.
• Graduate Trainee (Chemical): B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 60% marks.
• MT (Geology): PG in Geology / Applied Geology with 60% marks.
• Graduate Trainee (Process – Chemical / Metallurgy / Mineral Processing): B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech as per post requirement.
• MT (Materials / Contract Mgmt.): Engineering Degree or MBA/PGDM with minimum 60% marks.
• MT (Systems): BE/B.Tech in CS / IT / MCA with minimum 60% marks.
• MT (Personnel / Welfare): PG Degree in Social Work / MBA HRM / Diploma in IRPM etc. with 60% marks.
• Manager (Survey): Graduate with 60% marks + Surveyor Certificate + 2 years experience.

Age Limit

• Graduate Trainees / Management Trainees: Maximum 30 Years (as on 20/01/2026).
• Manager (Survey): Maximum 35 Years.
• OBC (NCL): +3 Years relaxation.
• SC / ST: +5 Years relaxation.
• PwBD: +10 to +15 Years as per category.
• Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 Years.
• Maximum permissible age limit: Up to 53 years.
