NEET UG 2026 Online Form: National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2026 Online Form notification has been officially released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). NEET UG 2026 is a national-level undergraduate medical entrance examination for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS and other medical courses across India. Eligible candidates who have passed or are appearing in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology can apply online through the official website. The online application process will start from 08 February 2026 and the last date to submit the application form is 08 March 2026 at neet.nta.nic.in.

Educational Qualification

• Candidate must have passed or be appearing in Class 12 or equivalent examination.
• Subjects required: Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English.
• Nationality: Indian Nationals, NRI, OCI, PIO and Foreign Nationals are eligible.
• No restriction on number of attempts.
