Educational Qualifications
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Candidates must have first class in all preceding degrees (UG onwards).
- If first class is not mentioned, minimum 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale or 60% marks in aggregate is required.
- At least one degree from IISc/IITs/IIITs/NITs/IIMs/ISI/IISERs or from high-ranked foreign institutions (QS ranking up to 500 preferred), or currently working in regular pay scale at these institutions.
- Fresh Ph.D. holders are eligible to apply.
Age Limit
- Fresh appointments beyond 35 years are discouraged.
