Educational Qualifications

• Block Technology Manager (BTM): Post Graduate in Agriculture / Allied Sector (Horticulture / Veterinary & Animal Science / Fisheries / Sericulture) with minimum six months Computer Training Certificate.
• Alternative for BTM: Agriculture Graduate with minimum 5 years working experience as Assistant Technology Manager (ATM).
• Assistant Technology Manager (ATM): Graduate or Post Graduate in Agriculture & Allied Sector.
• Computer Programmer (CP): B.Tech / MCA.
• Accountant cum Clerk (AC): Graduate (B.Com preferred).

Experience Required

• BTM: Minimum 2 years field experience in agriculture related activities.
• ATM: Minimum 1 year experience in agriculture related activities.
• CP: 1 year experience for B.Tech / 2 years experience for MCA.
• AC: Minimum 3 years experience in accounting in a reputed organization.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: Below 45 Years (as on 01 January 2026).
• For alternative qualification of BTM (Agriculture Graduates with 5 years experience as ATM), upper age limit of 45 years will not be applicable.
