Educational Qualifications
- Candidates should have First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering / Technology in Mechanical, Chemical / Petroleum / Petrochemicals, Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication, Graduate Degree in Law / LLB, MBA/ PG Diploma in Management/ MMS.

- Candidates’ upper age limit should be a Maximum of 26 years.
- Note: Cumulative Age Relaxation will not be available either under the above items or in combination with any other items.

Pay Scale
- Candidates will be appointed on the IDA Pay Scale of Rs.50000/- to Rs.180000 on basic pay of Rs.50000/- in Grade-A in the Supervisory cadre, subject to medical fitness.

Selection Process
- Candidates will be selected based on the Online Test (to be held tentatively in Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kochin, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore only) and Personal Interviews of the short-listed candidates for assessment of different facets of Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, Aptitude, etc.
- The final selection will be based on 85% of Written Test Marks and 15% of Interview Marks.
- Candidate must secure a minimum of 40% marks in Written Test and Interview separately (35% for SC/ST/PwBD)
