- OR Doctoral degree (Ph.D) in Science / Engineering / Technology from a recognized university or equivalent AND Two years experience in Research & Development in industrial/academic institutions or S&T organizations.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 40 Years (as on 21 January 2026).
- SC/ST/PwBD/Women Candidates: 5 Years Relaxation.
