- Radiographer: Two years Diploma in Radio Diagnosis Technology from a recognized institution OR B.Sc. Degree in Radiography / Radio Diagnosis / Radiology & Imaging Technology recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
- Lab Technicians-ICTC: B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT/BMLS) OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/DMLS) with minimum 2 years course duration recognized by State / Central Government.
- ICTC – Counselor: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing with required counseling experience under National Health Programme.
- Therapeutic Assistant / Nursing Therapist: Diploma in Nursing Therapy (D.N.T) AYUSH.
Age Limit (as on 31 December 2025)
- Radiographer, Lab Technicians-ICTC, ICTC Counselor: Maximum 40 Years.
- Therapeutic Assistant, Nursing Therapist, Nursing Therapist/Therapeutic Assistant: Maximum 59 Years.
