• Candidates should have Graduate Degree or equivalent thereto from a recognized University.
• Matriculation with Hindi as one of the subject; Preference shall be given to the person holding the higher qualification.

• Candidates age limit should be Minimum 18 years and Maximum 42 years as on 1 July 2019.
• Upper age limit is relaxable as per instructions of the government of Haryana issued from time to time.
• Age Relaxation: – For SC/ST candidates for 5 years, OBC candidates 03 years and Female Extra relaxation 05 years

• Starting Date for Submission of Application: 11 July 2019.
• Last Date for Submission of Application: 9 August 2019 (4:00 PM).
• The reporting time is 9:30 AM and the exam will start at 11:00 AM.
• Date & Place of Written Test for the post of Clerk will be held on 01 September 2019
  at 11:00 AM in District ADR Centre, Fatehabad.

  1. English Composition Maximum 100 Marks/ Qualification Marks 50 %
  2. General Knowledge Maximum 100 Marks/ Qualification Marks 50 %
• The written examination will comprise two parts i.e. one of General Knowledge of 100 marks and other of English Composition of 100 marks.
• No Candidate shall be considered for appointment unless he/she obtains 55% marks in aggregate in the written examination and qualifies the type test in Hindi or English with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute.
