Educational Qualifications
- Candidates should be Associate Members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- Experience: Post Qualification Experience of more than 2 years.
- Skills: Subject knowledge, Drafting and writing skills, Ability to interpret the amendments in the relevant subject. Application of Legal Provisions to the Situation.
- Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations. Knowledge of the GST, Act is desirable, and Excellent drafting.
- skills, Command over MS, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Ability to interpret, Acts, Rules, Regulations, Guidelines, etc.

Period of Contract
- The term of office of the CRC Executive is initially for a period of one year. The period of contract is extendable every year for a maximum period of two years depending upon the performance and requirements.

- STEP 2: APPLICANT TO ACCESS THE APPLICATION FORM: To access the electronic application form, the applicant has to click on the given hyperlink.
- Step 3: Fill the Form: You have to complete the online application form by filling it with accurate and relevant information as required. You have to check all the fields whether all the fields are filled correctly or not.
