Educational Qualifications
- Library & Information Officer (Level 11): Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science with 5 years professional experience at Level 10 or above.
- Assistant Editor (Level 10 – Deputation): Master’s Degree in Journalism/Communication/Social Science/Literature with 5 years experience in editing, production, and publication.
- Assistant Registrar (Level 10): Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks.
- Section Officer (Level 7): Bachelor’s Degree with required experience as Assistant/UDC and proficiency in computer operations, noting, and drafting.
- Senior Research Assistant (Level 6): Master’s Degree in Social Sciences with 3 years research experience.
- Assistant (Level 6): Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience as UDC and proficiency in typing, computer applications, noting, and drafting.
- Professional Assistant (Level 6): Master’s in Library & Information Science with 2 years experience OR Bachelor’s in Library Science with 3 years experience.
- Junior Programmer (Level 6): B.E./B.Tech in CS/Electronics OR MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science with 2 years programming experience.
- Upper Division Clerk (Level 4): Bachelor’s Degree with typing speed (English 35 wpm / Hindi 30 wpm) and computer proficiency.
- Stenographer (Level 4): Bachelor’s Degree with stenography speed 80 wpm and typing speed (English 35 wpm / Hindi 30 wpm).
