Educational Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology with 1st Class or equivalent grade point average from a recognized University/Institute.
- Post-qualification experience of 10 to 12 years in operations of a commercial organization.
- Out of the total experience, at least 3 years should be in running operations of a business unit as a profit centre.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Desirable Qualifications
- MBA from leading recognized Schools/Colleges/Institutes OR at least 3 years of experience in Technology Management/Entrepreneurship in lieu of MBA.
- Experience working in innovation centers, academic institutions, research organizations, or Government programs.
- Knowledge of intellectual property rights (IPR), financial procedures, and administrative operations in Government institutions.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, database management, and project management tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 50 Years (as on 25 December 2025).
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government of India rules in case of horizontal reservation.
