- Candidates should have passed Middle School, a Degree in any discipline, a Master’s in Business Administration, Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration, a Degree in Law, a Degree in Engineering (Computer / Information Technology / Electronics), a Diploma in Engineering, SSCE and Trade Certificate in Civil Draughtsmanship/Electrical, Knowledge of Computer, Knowledge of Konkani or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/Institution.
