Educational Qualifications
- Candidates should have a ME / M.Tech, B.E / B.Tech, M.Sc, B.Sc, or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/Institution.

- Candidates’ age limit should be Minimum 28 years and Maximum 40 years.
- Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rule Regulation.

Pay Scale
- Junior Research Fellows (JRF) shall be paid Rs.31000 per month with a possibility to be increased to Rs.35000/-.
- Research Scientist (RS): Level 10 in the Pay Matrix (as per VII CPC) + Dearness Allowance and HRA.
- Project Associate-I shall be paid Rs.31000 per month and HRA.
- Project Scientist-I shall be paid Rs.56000 per month and HRA
