JEE Main City Intimation Slip 2026: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the advance intimation of exam city slip for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026. The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 examination will be conducted from 21 January 2026 to 30 January 2026. As per official information, the JEE Main City Intimation Slip 2026 has been released in the first week of January 2026 on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download their exam city slip (pre-admit card) using their application number and password.

The JEE Main City Intimation Slip 2026 provides advance information about the city in which the examination centre is allotted. This slip is issued prior to the release of the admit card. Candidates are advised to check their exam city details carefully and make necessary travel arrangements in advance. The JEE Main 2026 admit card will be released 3 to 4 days before the examination date.

Advisory Regarding Photograph Mismatch

• NTA has observed that some candidates used identity proof other than Aadhaar Card during registration.
• Due to this, the live photograph captured during application did not match UIDAI records.
• Such candidates must upload a signed and attested certificate along with a recent photograph.
• The certificate must be attested by the School/College Principal, Headmaster, or a Class-I Gazetted Officer.
• Last date to upload the certificate (PDF format): 15 January 2026.
• Only after verification, candidates will be able to download the JEE Main City Intimation Slip 2026.
• A printed copy of the city slip must be produced at the exam centre for physical verification.
