Selection Process
- Candidates will be selected on the basis of shortlisting in the “Written Test”.
Detailed document verification will be done during the trade/skill test stage of the candidates.
Candidates will be selected for Trade/Skill Test on the basis of performance in written test and experience marks.
Ratio for Trade/Skill Test invitations: 1:3 for more than 100 vacancies, 1:4 for 50-100 vacancies, and 1:5 for <50 vacancies.
