- Manager (Civil): Degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering.
- Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Manager (Electrical): Degree in Electrical / Power / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Manager (Chemical): Degree in Chemical Engineering OR M.Tech in Applied Chemistry.
- Manager (E&I): Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Applied Electronics or related disciplines.
- Candidates must have minimum 08 years of executive-level experience in relevant areas as on 02 February 2026.
