- On successful completion of 3 years of training and being found suitable, they will be placed in the respective scale/ designation of HEMM Operator (Trainee) Excavation Category D.

How to Apply Process
- The applicant has to visit the NCL website from 9 August 2023 to apply for online registration.
- The applicant has to apply online only.
- On registering the applicant will get an online registration number which may be carefully preserved for future reference.
- To NCL apply online in the application, the e-mail ID of the applicant must be given.
- Applicants can apply online till 31 August 2023.
Selection Process
- The selection of candidates in the merit panel will be subject to securing cut-off marks (minimum qualifying marks) in the Computer Based Test. The result of the successful completion of the Computer Based Test for the applied candidates will be published on the website. A provisional merit panel of candidates who have secured the requisite cut-off marks and above and fulfill the eligibility criteria will be published on the NCL website, in the order of marks obtained, after resolving the tie determined in respect of various posts.
