Educational Qualifications
Additional District and Sessions Judge:
- must be a citizen of India.
- must have been duly enrolled as an Advocate for not less than 07 years and must have practiced, as such, during the said period.
- must be an income tax assessee for a period not less than 03 assessment years (preceding the date of application), with gross professional income of not less than rupees five lakhs per annum.
- must have passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in Punjabi language, specified by the Government from time to time.
