RVNL Recruitment 2026 has been announced for 25 Site Engineer (Telecom) posts. Selected candidates will be engaged on a contract basis with monthly consolidated remuneration, which shall be negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Candidates are advised to carefully read the official notification before appearing for the walk-in interview. All appointments are for Bharat Net Project works in the State of Uttar Pradesh.

Educational Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.
- Minimum 50% marks in the qualifying degree.
- Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience in Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) project execution and network management.
- Out of total experience, at least 04 years of hands-on experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of Fiber Optic Networks.
- All qualifications must be from AICTE / UGC / Government of India approved institutions.
Essential & Desirable Skills
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of OFC networks.
- Planning of OFC networks including OTDR-based fault diagnostics and fusion splicing.
- Strong understanding of fibre optic transmission and cable management practices.
- Experience in SLA / KPI monitoring, fault resolution and network performance optimization.
- Desirable: Knowledge of GIS, ABD, RFMS, NMS, OTDR, Power Meters, Fusion Splicers, VFL.
- Desirable: Proficiency in MS Office and basic network reporting tools.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 40 Years as on 19 December 2025.
- Age Relaxation: As per Government of India rules for SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen.
- If eligible under multiple categories, only the highest admissible age relaxation will apply.
