Educational Qualifications
- Candidate must have passed 10th (SSC/Matric).
- Candidate must have passed ITI (Regular) in the relevant trade.
- ITI must be completed in the year 2023, 2024 or 2025.
- Only candidates having domicile of Uttarakhand are eligible.
- Candidates whose results are awaited are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years.
- Maximum Age: 30 Years.
- Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer).
- Age relaxation of 10 years for PH candidates (40% or more disability).

Salary / Stipend
