Educational Qualifications

• Assistant Manager (HR&A): Graduate in any discipline + MBA/MPM/MHRM (2 years full time) with specialization in Personnel Management/HR OR Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (2 years) in HR from UGC/AICTE approved institute.
• Assistant Manager (F&A): Graduate in any discipline + Passed Final Exam of ICAI/ICWAI OR MBA (2 years full time) with specialization in Finance from UGC/AICTE approved institute.
• Junior Engineer (Electrical) Gr-II: Full Time 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute under WBSCT&VE&SD.
• Candidates must be able to read, speak and write in Bengali or Nepali language.
• Final year appearing candidates are also eligible, subject to production of final marksheet at interview stage.
