- Laboratory Technician: B.Sc (MLT) or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology / DMLT (Armed Forces).
- Nurse/Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma / Class-I Course (Armed Forces).
- Dental Assistant/Hygienist Technician: Diploma in Dental Hygienist / Class-I DH/DORA Course (Armed Forces).
- Clerk: Graduate / Class-I Clerical Trade (Armed Forces).
- Driver: Class 8th Pass with LMV Driving License / Class-I MT Driver (Armed Forces).
- Chowkidar: Class 8th Pass / GD Trade (Armed Forces).

Salary Details
- Officer-In Charge: Rs. 95,000/- per month
- Medical Officer / Dental Officer / Pharmacist: Rs. 36,500/- per month
- Laboratory Technician: Rs. 29,200/- per month
- Nurse / Dental Assistant: Rs. 25,600/- per month
- Clerk / Driver / Chowkidar / Safaiwala / Female Attendant: Rs. 21,800/- per month
