- District Manager – Social Mobilization & Social Development: Full-time Post Graduate Degree (2 Years) in Social Sciences / Rural Development / MSW / MBA / Agricultural Sciences or equivalent discipline.
- Office Assistant: Any Graduation.
- Block Manager – Farm Livelihoods:
- M.Sc. (Agri) and allied sciences with minimum 01 year of field-level work experience, OR
- B.Sc. (Agri) and allied sciences with minimum 03 years of field-level work experience, OR
- Any other Master’s Degree with minimum 05 years of field-level work experience in farm livelihoods or relevant field.
- Block Manager – Non-Farm Livelihood: Post Graduate Degree.
- Cluster Supervisor – Skill: Any Graduation.
- Cluster Supervisor: Graduate.
