Educational Qualifications
- M.A. in Museology from a recognized University.
- OR Post Graduate degree in History (Ancient) / Anthropology / Archaeology / Sanskrit from a recognized University with a one-year PG Diploma in Museology from a recognized institute.
- Preference will be given to candidates having at least 1 month experience as an intern or in any curatorial capacity in a museum under Central or State Government.
- Candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and a permanent resident of Assam.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 Years (as on 01 January 2025).
- Maximum Age: 38 Years.
- SC/ST: 5 Years Relaxation (up to 43 Years).
- OBC/MOBC: 3 Years Relaxation (up to 41 Years).
- PwBD: 10 Years Relaxation.
- Ex-Servicemen: Maximum 50 Years (UR), further relaxable by 3/5 years for OBC/SC/ST.
