Educational Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) / 5-year Integrated M.Tech. in eligible engineering disciplines with minimum 60% aggregate marks.
- M.Sc./Integrated M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Biosciences, Geology or Geophysics with required subject combinations and minimum 60% marks.
- Valid GATE 2024 / 2025 / 2026 score is required for screening (as applicable).
- Only full-time, regular/on-campus degrees are eligible.
- Final year candidates of 2025–26 batch may apply, subject to completion of degree requirements before 31 July 2026.
- Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
