Educational Qualifications
- First Class full-time Degree in Engineering in relevant discipline.
- CA / ICWA / CMA for finance-related posts.
- First Class full-time MBA with Finance as major.
- Two-year full-time First Class PG Degree/Diploma in HR / IR / Personnel Management / MSW / MA Social Work (HR/IR).
- First Class Master’s Degree in Hindi with English at degree level.
- Three years First Class Diploma for Diploma Trainee posts.
- First Class full-time Graduate Degree for Office Assistant Trainee posts.
- Additional experience and desirable qualifications as per post requirements.
Age Limit
- Grade VII: 50 Years (SC/ST), 48 Years (OBC).
- Grade VI: 47 Years (SC/ST), 45 Years (OBC).
- Grade V: 44 Years (SC/ST), 42 Years (OBC).
- Grade IV: 39 Years (SC/ST), 37 Years (OBC).
- Grade II & I / Wage Group S1 & B: 34 Years (SC/ST), 32 Years (OBC).
