- Supervisor (Civil): Full-Time Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) and 2 years relevant experience.
- Supervisor (Safety / HSE): Diploma in Engineering along with Diploma in Industrial Safety with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) and 2–5 years relevant experience.
- Diploma must be from a recognized institute.
Age Limit
- Supervisor (Electrical / Civil): Maximum Age 30 Years (as on 01 February 2026).
- Supervisor (Safety / HSE): Maximum Age 34 Years (as on 01 February 2026).
