BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha 5th Phase 2026: Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the official notification for the 5th Phase of Sakshamta Pariksha 2026 for In-Service Teachers of local body schools in Bihar. The competency test is meant for teachers working in Primary, Middle, Secondary, and Higher Secondary schools appointed under Panchayat or Urban Local Bodies in Bihar. The online application process has started from 31 December 2025 and the last date to submit the form and fee is 09 January 2026 at bsebsakshamta.com.

The BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha 5th Phase 2026 is organized for competency verification of in-service teachers. Eligible candidates can apply online and appear for the test. Teachers who did not appear in previous phases, remained absent, or were declared not qualified are also eligible to apply in this phase, subject to conditions. The exam date, admit card, answer key, and result will be announced later on the official website.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an in-service teacher currently working in Government schools under Local Bodies (Panchayat / Urban Local Bodies) of Bihar.
- Retired teachers or those no longer in service are NOT eligible.
- Teachers who skipped previous phases, were absent or not qualified, may apply again.
- Candidates must satisfy educational and appointment conditions as per notification.
