Compensation / Salary
- Relationship Manager: ₹4.00 to ₹5.00 Lakh per annum
- Digital Marketing Specialist: ₹5.00 to ₹8.00 Lakh per annum
- Secretarial Officer-Trainee (Back Office): ₹3.50 Lakh per annum
- Dealer – Stock Broking Terminals: ₹4.20 Lakh per annum
- Performance linked incentive will be paid based on individual performance.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Relationship Manager: MBA in Marketing/Finance (NISM certification preferred) with minimum 2 years experience in stock broking, wealth management, mutual funds, debt instruments, etc.
- Digital Marketing Specialist: Graduate (Computer Science / Visual Communication preferred) with 4–5 years experience in digital marketing, campaigns, lead generation, social media ads, web designing & maintenance.
- Secretarial Officer-Trainee: Graduation (NISM certification preferred) with minimum 1 year experience in back office (preferable).
- Dealer – Stock Broking Terminals: Graduation with NISM qualification and minimum 1 year dealing experience.

- Relationship Manager: 25 to 35 Years
- Digital Marketing Specialist: 26 to 40 Years
- Secretarial Officer-Trainee: 21 to 35 Years
- Dealer – Stock Broking Terminals: 21 to 35 Years
