- Yoga Demonstrator: BNYS / MSc (Yoga) / MPhil (Yoga) / PG Diploma in Yoga (1 Year) / Approved One Year Yoga Certificate. Skill Test is mandatory.
- Therapist (Male): Ayurveda Therapist Course conducted by Government of Kerala (DAME Approved).
Age Limit
- Yoga Demonstrator: Maximum Age 40 Years (as on 19 January 2026).
- Therapist (Male): Maximum Age 50 Years (as on 19 January 2026).
- Age Relaxation: As per Government norms.
