Educational Qualifications
- Manager (Accommodation Outfit): Degree in Mechanical, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering with minimum 60% marks and 9 years of managerial experience in Shipbuilding/Ship Repair/Marine sectors.
- Deputy Manager (Marine): Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering with 60% marks OR DMET Graduation with 3rd Engineer competency certificate and 5 years sailing experience (2 years as Third Engineer).
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, MS Office, Primavera, and experience in ERP/computerized environments.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Age Limit
- Manager: Maximum 40 Years (as on 31 December 2025).
- Deputy Manager: Maximum 35 Years (as on 31 December 2025).
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 Years Relaxation (as per reservation).
