Educational Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB and DM/DNB/M.Ch in the concerned Super Speciality from an MCI recognized Medical College.
- Candidate must be registered with Delhi Medical Council / Medical Council of India / State Medical Council.
- Entry Level: Minimum 3 years’ experience after Post Graduate Degree or 5 years’ experience after Post Graduate Diploma.
- Senior Level: Minimum 5 years’ experience after Post Graduate Degree.
- Residency period of DM/M.Ch (last part of 5-year course) will be counted towards experience.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: Not exceeding 69 Years (as on 16 December 2025).
- SC/ST Candidates: Age relaxation as per Central Government rules adopted by ESIC.

Salary / Remuneration
- Full Time Contractual Super Specialist (Entry Level): Rs. 2,00,000/- per month.
- Full Time Contractual Super Specialist (Senior Level/Consultant): Rs. 2,40,000/- per month.
- Part Time Contractual Super Specialist (16 Hrs/Week – Entry Level): Rs. 1,00,000/- per month.
- Part Time Contractual Super Specialist (Senior Level): Rs. 1,50,000/- per month.
- Additional remuneration for emergency visit: Rs. 20,000/-.
- Additional hours beyond 16 hrs/week: Rs. 1200/- to Rs. 1500/- per hour.
