Educational Qualifications

• Lecturer (PGT): Post Graduation, Graduation, and B.Ed with minimum 55% marks in all degrees. Post Graduation must be in the relevant subject. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching senior secondary classes.
• Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): Post Graduation, Graduation, and B.Ed with minimum 50% marks. Subject combination in B.Ed should be relevant to the post.
• Special Subjects (TGT): Physical Education – M.P.Ed; Music – M.A (Music); Art & Craft – M.A (Fine Arts); Computer – Master’s Degree in Computer (B.Ed not required).
• General/Primary Teacher: Graduation and B.Ed with minimum 50% marks. Preference for CTET/PTET qualified candidates.
• Nursery Teacher (NTT): NTT qualification is mandatory. Preference for candidates having Graduation and B.Ed.
• Candidates must have passed Punjabi up to Class 10th.
