Educational Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering (full time & regular) in relevant trade from a recognized Board/Institute OR Diploma awarded by Indian Air Force / Indian Army / Indian Navy after prescribed training (for Mechanical/Electrical).
- Intermediate / 10+2 / equivalent examination in any stream approved by Central / State Education Boards (for Aerodrome).
- Qualifications must be acquired through regular mode only.
Experience
- Mechanical / Electrical: Minimum 2 years of working experience in Aircraft Maintenance.
- Aerodrome: Minimum 3 years’ experience in aerodrome / flight operations at a flying base or station.
Age Limit (as on 10-12-2025)
- Maximum Age: 28 Years.
- Ex-Servicemen can deduct their service period from actual age; resultant age should not exceed maximum age by more than 3 years.
- PwBD: Upper age limit relaxable by 10 years.
- Upper age limit with all relaxations shall not exceed 55 years (56 years for PwBD).

Salary Details

- Dearness Allowance (DA) as revised quarterly.

- Other benefits: Incentives, Performance Pay, Night Shift Allowance, Uniform, Shoe Allowance, HRA (if applicable).
- Annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay subject to satisfactory performance.
