Traffic Manager or equivalent posts in the Traffic Department in the scale of ₹60,000–1,80,000 with 3 years regular service in the grade in a Major Port Authority, or Dy. Traffic Manager or equivalent posts with 2 years regular service in the grade and a combined regular service of 7 years in the scales of ₹50,000–1,60,000 and ₹60,000–1,80,000 in Traffic Department of a Major Port Authority.
