Educational Qualifications
- Genetic Counselor: Post-graduation in Genetics / Human Genetics / Human Genomics / Genetic Counseling / Life Sciences with Genetics as major subject. Candidates with at least 1-year clinical genetics observership or post-graduation certificate in genetic counseling will be preferred. BGCI / HSSC certified Genetic Counsellors are desirable.
- Bioinformatics Analyst: M.Sc / M.Tech (Bioinformatics / Genomics) with knowledge of Linux OS, programming languages (Python/Shell Script), genomic databases, exome sequencing analysis, ACMG guidelines and standard bioinformatics tools. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience will be preferred.
- Genome Analyst: M.Sc (Bioinformatics / Human Genetics / Genomics / Molecular Biology) with 3 years of experience OR Ph.D in the relevant field with experience in genomic sequencing data analysis including exome, RNA, mitochondrial and whole genome sequencing.
Age Limit
- Genetic Counselor: Maximum Age 35 Years.
- Bioinformatics Analyst: Maximum Age 35 Years.
- Genome Analyst: Maximum Age 40 Years.
- Age will be calculated as on the date of publication of advertisement.
