Educational Qualifications

  • Candidates should have Bachelors of Art and Science or equivalent from a recognized Board/University/Institution.
  • Any candidate will be eligible to apply for the post of Clerk till the date of application only if he has a Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University and has passed class X examination with Hindi subject.

Selection Process

  • Candidates will be selected based on Written Test and Computer Test.
  • No person will be admitted to the service. If he is less than 18 years of age or more than 42 years of age on 1 January 2020. Provided that the relaxation in the upper age limit will be valid for reserved category candidates as per instructions of Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh Via Haryana Government.
  • No candidate will be considered for appointment unless he/she attains 40% aggregate marks in the written examination and does not possess proficiency in computer operation.
  • Candidates who pass the written examination and computer proficiency test will be called to check the original certificates based on the number of candidates determined by the selection committee to be made for the purpose selection.
