Educational Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the concerned subject from a recognised Indian University or an equivalent degree from a recognised foreign University.
- Candidate must have qualified NET conducted by UGC/CSIR or SLET/SET in the concerned subject.
- Candidates awarded Ph.D. Degree in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016 are exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
- Ph.D. degree must be awarded in regular mode and evaluated by at least two external examiners with open viva-voce.
- Candidate must have published two research papers from Ph.D. work, with at least one in a refereed journal.
- Candidate must have presented at least two research papers in UGC/ICSSR/CSIR sponsored or funded conferences/seminars.
