Educational Qualifications
- Candidate must possess MBBS qualification.
- Additional qualifications such as MD / MS / DNB / Diploma / Diploma in DNB / Super Speciality (MCH) in the respective specialties are required.
- Must be a registered medical practitioner under the Madras Medical Registration Act, 1914.
- Completion of 12 months House Surgeon (CRRI) is mandatory.
- Candidate must be registered with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council.

- SC / SC(A) / ST / MBC & DNC / BC / BCM (including Ex-Servicemen): No Maximum Age Limit
- Others: 37 Years
- Differently Abled Persons (Others): 47 Years
