- Manager (Coastal Modelling): Master’s Degree in Coastal Engineering / Marine Engineering & Management / Ocean Structures or equivalent.
- Assistant Manager (Port Planning): Master’s Degree in Transport Engineering / Transport Planning / Urban Planning or equivalent.
- Manager (Civil/PPS): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with certification in Primavera or MS Project.
- Assistant Manager (HR): MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR / Personnel Management.
- Group General Manager (HR): MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR specialization.
- DGM (Civil–Marine Structural Expert): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Post Graduation in Marine Structures / Coastal / Ocean Engineering.
- Deputy General Manager (HR): MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR specialization.
