DSSSB Delhi District Court Vacancy Details 2026
The total 641 vacancies are divided among different court posts as follows:
- Peon / Orderly / Dak Peon: 142 Posts (District Courts: 139, Family Courts: 3)

DSSSB Delhi District Court Educational Qualification 2026
The minimum educational qualifications required for each position are given below:
- Peon / Orderly / Dak Peon: Candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) from a recognized education board.
- Process Server: Class 10 pass or 12th pass with a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license and at least 2 years of clean driving experience.
- Junior Judicial Assistant: Graduation degree in any subject from a recognized university along with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute on a computer.
- Personal Assistant: Graduation degree with shorthand speed of 100 words per minute, typing speed of 40 words per minute, and basic computer knowledge.
- Senior Personal Assistant: Graduation degree with shorthand speed of at least 110 words per minute and 40 words per minute typing speed.
DSSSB Delhi District Court Age Limit 2026
The candidate must be at least 18 years old and must not be older than 27 years as of June 01, 2026. This means applicants must have been born between June 02, 1999, and June 01, 2008. Age relaxation is applicable according to government rules:
- SC / ST Candidates: 5 Years Relaxation
- OBC (Delhi Candidates Only): 3 Years Relaxation
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 to 15 Years Relaxation

The selection will depend on the post applied for and includes the following steps:
- Tier I Examination: An objective online test covering General English, General Knowledge, and Reasoning. For Peon and Process Server, Hindi and Arithmetic are also included.
- Skill / Driving Test: Shorthand and typing tests for PA and SPA, computer typing test for JJA, and a practical driving test in real traffic for Process Server.
