Educational Qualifications
- Must possess Associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects OR Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Architects (by examination) OR minimum Degree in Architecture from a statutory university.
- The applicant must be a registered Member of the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a qualified architect’s office gained after acquiring the qualification.
- Must have experience in inspection of work under construction and knowledge of Municipal Building By-laws.
Age Limit
- Open Category: 19 to 38 Years.
- Reserved Categories: 19 to 43 Years.
- Disabled Candidates: Upper age relaxation of 5 Years.
- Ex-Servicemen: Upper age relaxation as per Maharashtra Government rules.
