Educational Qualifications

• Chief Operating Officer (COO): Bachelor’s in Technology/Engineering or Master in Technology/Engineering/Science or MBA from a recognized institute/university.
• Incubation Manager: Graduate from a recognized university. Post-Graduation in Management is desirable.
• Technology Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics or related field. Post-Graduation in related fields is desirable.

Age Limit

• Chief Operating Officer: Below 45 Years.
• Incubation Manager: Below 35 Years.
• Technology Specialist: Below 40 Years.
• Age Relaxation: Relaxation permissible for deserving candidates as per STPI norms.

• Chief Operating Officer (COO): Minimum 8 years of overall experience in IT industry/start-up ecosystem as founder/co-founder/CxO or as an enabler of start-up and innovation ecosystem.
• Incubation Manager: 5+ years of work experience including minimum 3 years in incubation management and incubation ecosystem.
• Technology Specialist: 4 to 6 years of experience in IoT, preferably in applications related to energy, water, or environmental IoT solutions.

Salary Details

• Chief Operating Officer: Rs. 1,50,000/- per month.
• Incubation Manager: Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 75,000/- per month.
• Technology Specialist: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month.
